WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY ON THE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
Morning: Weigh yourself in the morning and record it, to track your daily losses. We include a weight tracker with your kit that you can print out. Breakfast is fruit/snack, tea or coffee. Take morning HC-Slim and supplements that are included.
Lunch can be: 100 grams of meat/protein and 1-2 cups of vegetables plus, you can add Zero calorie noodles until full. Or you can substitute the meal for a HCG approved protein shake. Remember to use green top milk or water in the shake
Dinner is the same as lunch and remember to take your HC-Slim 15 minutes after each meal along with other supplements. A simpe way to prepare meals is to use chicken, or your meat/protiein of choice and add Masterfood Seasonings.
Snacks: 2 pieces of fruit and two starch snacks such as corn thins.
It is important to drink 2-3 litres of water per day. You cannot have sugar, but you can use artificial sweetner such as stevia.
