The HCG Formula, HC-Slim, is taken 3 X per day. Morning, lunch time and around dinner time.
Directions: Measure out 8 drops onto a spoon and then place the drops under your tongue. Hold for 1-2 Mins before swallowing.
Do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before or after taking the drops.
Note: Once opened, use immediately. Only open when you are about to start the program. Keep refrigerated whenever possible. Avoid the dropper touching anything, including your mouth, to prevent contamination of the drops.
